I have fond memories of my mom generously adding ghee to our meals, always encouraging us with the words "beta ghee khao". As I grew older, I developed a great appreciation for Ayurveda and home remedies, steering clear of medicinal alternatives. This led me to discover the wonders of my own kitchen. Continuing the tradition of homemade ghee, I managed to uphold it for several years. However, the demands of a busy corporate life and raising a child made it challenging to consistently make ghee at home. This observation was not unique to my household, and it inspired the creation of 'Ancient Aroma Pure Cow Ghee'.
